
The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage (Department) or its relevant Information Privacy Principle entities (IPP entities) within are obliged under the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024 (PRIS Act) to advise you of certain matters when collecting your personal information. This collection notice sets out those matters and explains how we will manage the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. Your personal information is being collected under the Department’s functions in accordance with the Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority Act 1972 (AAPA Act).
The Department is collecting your information to process your application for a Transit Permit to travel through lands proclaimed by the Governor Under Part III of the AAPA Act (Reserved Lands).
